A very special dining experience while staying in Hotel des Trois Couronnes. Our room service dinner is delivered course by course to ensure best dining quality. Our starters -- Purple artichokes « à la barigoule » and foie gras, Gambas « à la plancha » and early vegetables « à la Grècque »; main courses -- Wild turbot « au naturel », linguine pasta with squid ink and clams, dessert - Watermelon freshness with candied tomato, basil sorbet, Souffle with peach and almond ice cream. Quality and fresh food ingredients, wonderful cooking and beautiful presentation.
Special compliments to the two ladies delivering our meals in a big tray -- very sweet, polite and efficient.
Final touch of the dinner is to watch World Cup football match in the room with a view to Lake Geneva, the mountains and France on the other side of the water.
