Went with 5 other adults.
Great to be collected from the car park.
Hotel is at the right end of the resort so minimal walking to the piste.
Plenty of bars nearby (the apres noise ends at 7pm) playing some fairly dubious European trash but it's all good fun with a gluhwein in hand!
Food was pretty good but variable. One or two of the nights it was fairly poor but very friendly service. Wine is quite expensive but this is Switzerland.
Rooms are a mixed bag - some have very recently been refurbished and are very smart. Others a bit more dated but still very clean and functional.
Would go back for a few days most certainly.

Room Tip: If you want a nap / relax before supper rather than being in the bars, ask to be far away from the r...

We chose Hotel Bristol for its proximity to the ski slopes- it is right by the nursery slopes, has easy access to main lifts and views of the bowl of the mountains. The rooms are comfortable and well- decorated, the food good, the family friendly and helpful. The rooms nearest the street might seem noisy, but bar music turns off early evening, and most rooms anyway are not on the street- the best are at the far end, where balcony views of the mountains are excellent.

My family and I have been to the Bristol three times in the last five years and it continues to get better and better! The staff there are fantastic, the location is brilliant for skiing and the food is always delicious! It is a family run hotel and the couple who run it are lovely people who would do anything to make your stay a great one.
Thanks for having us there in December,
From Ann, Brian and the family. (From Australia)

You can't get much closer to the slopes (and can genuinely ski to the ski room if you want), the views from the balcony are cool, the rooms are comfortable, well appointed and not chintzy like so many places, the wifi works and most importantly the people are lovely and helpful. They'll both make good recommendations and try to sort out the best deal. As I was there on a quiet week, I got a free upgrade on my room from a single to a balcony double which was just an added bonus. Top hotel for Saas, and I've been a few times

Stayed for a long weekend in January.

Perfect location in centre of town adjacent to the nursery slopes and close to the lifts. Ski-in / Ski-out access and lively apres-ski over the road.

Smallish but very comfortable rooms with balconies and stunning views.

Family run and exceptionally friendly staff in the restaurant.

Dinner on half board basis was good but not excellent and portion sizes were slightly small.

Overall I loved the hotel and would stay again.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The most convenient hotel in Saas Fee for access to the slopes, but also for proximity to après ski, restaurants, shops, etc.
rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Staff go out of their way to help in every way they can.
highly recommended.

This was the 7th time I spent a week in Saas-Fee and, as always, in hotel Bristol.
It is simply the place to be if you want to have a great week of skiing with no other worry on your mind than the snow conditions, which by the way are always perfect in Saas-Fee, at least in January.
The food is delicious, so I always book half-board. Friendly service, be it at the breakfast table, the dinner table or at the reception, and whatever you ask for can be provided.
When I mention the hotel to other locals in Saas-Fee (being a regular guest one starts to know people) I always get positive reactions: "You couldn't have made a better choice!".
Another plus is the location: close to the slopes and the installations. The ski rental shop (Intersport Glacier) is next door and they offer 10-15% reduction if you stay in Bristol.
Going to hotel Bristol has become an annual tradition and one of the highlights of the year.
What can one want more?
