The menhirs of Yverdon are a great stop for anyone interested in prehistoric times and archeology. There are a ton of menhirs. They are not in the original location, as they were discovered when lake levels dropped and had to be moved to more stable terrain.
For the esoteric amongst you, you will enjoy the energies of the place. One of the menhirs looks very goddessy in an abstract way.
For the more pragmatic, they provide a great example of prehistoric menhirs.
They make a great picnic spot.
