I've been coming to this place for the last 10 years on a business trip, and I have to say that the quality to me has remained the same. Room and Hotel Cleanness, staff service, food quality, location, quality of rooms, everything, I have to give it all a 10/10!!! Fabulous, very confortable, and very pleasant stay whether on a business trip, or a romantic trip as a couple, family fun, or travel with friends or solo. Just PERFECT!!!
We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Victoria and we cannot thank everyone enough for a wonderful time. Thank you to Mr and Mrs Wartner for being such excellent hosts and thank you to all the amazing staff those we met and those that worked hard in the background making our stay so comfortable. We had a lovely, extremely comfortable room with a view out onto the mountains. We ate every day in the restaurant where the food was superb and the welcome exceptional, I know I have said it already but the staff are amazing. My husband and I both agree that this is the best New Year stay we have had in a hotel ever, the food was great, the company great and my husband even got up for a dance (not a thing he normally does). We did have a lunchtime snack in the bar one day which again was excellent, there is a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel which makes you feel at home. Thank you all again.
for a week.The location perfect,the view superb, the room (junior suite)very comforta ble with large balcony and superb view.Relatively minor complains:bath room could have some toiletries (like shampoo,body lotion,soap)and not just to containers with liquid soap.The breakfast service is unpleasant and poorly organized:twice we had to move to an other table by the waiter(for no obvious reason):either you have a waiter at the entrance to receive you and take you to a table or let the guest stay were ever thay find a nonocupied table. It would be also nice to have somebody to ask you what would you like to drink ( and not have to find a waiter and ask for) and maybe somebody to go around with a can of coffe/tea and ask if you want some replenish.Altogether a very nice hotel and very helpful and pleasant reception staff.

As we have many halfboard guests, they usually keep the same table during the entire stay for breakfast and dinner but we will arrange it differently to seat and serve our "breakfast only" guests in a better way. The hotel is located in a beautiful landscape, and all the services are of high quality, and the employees are very friendly and smiling ,also the cheese in the breakfast and the chocolates they give you in the room. The view makes you forget of your problems while you enjoy a lot of attractions and delicious wine and food. Overall, an amazing hotel!.
