Here's how it works. You phone your order through in advance, to save waiting time, they say it will be ready in 15 minutes. On the dot of 15 minutes later you go in, they take your money............and then you wait another 20 minutes to actually receive your order. Meanwhile it is looking at you from the warming cabinet, minus chips. Customers wanting chips seem to come as a big surprise, as there are never any available at the same time as the fish, sausages or chicken you ordered. It's quite an art to keep every single customer waiting! It's very good when you get it, but just don't arrive hungry.
