Friendly and attentive from arrival to departure. Ate well in the restaurant with a good choice of meals for both adults and children. Very reasonably priced and eat 2 meals for the price of one included.

Stayed on Tuesday 12th Feb in room 26

Had to lug my case and laptop etc. to the other side of the hotel.

Watch out for the steps leading to Reception from the car park they are steep.

Room was clean and tidy, food was good.

No soundproofing from those around you.

One person coughing their guts up all night and the other with the weakest bladder known to mankind. Every noise, every movement clearly audible and this kept going until about 3am.

Told this to the reception person who just said "oh" and wished us on our way

Stayed at lots of Premier Inns and this one is in need of updating and TLC as well as insulation for the walls

Very comfortable room, fast, friendly service - very good value. Only downside was limited free wifi in room (30 minutes max) although there was unlimited wifi in the restaurant. Great for business trip, although the hotel is quite isolated if you are looking for leisure activities nearby.

Good stay, although the room was very cold! Staff on the hotel side were very friendly, however in the Restaurant, the manager was VERY stressed! We were part of a group of 9 who stayed, and a further 16 joined us for breakfast, of which 6 had stayed at another Premier Inn a bit further away. The restaurant couldn't cope! It took over half an hour to take our order, and a further half hour to be served it. They ran out of everything from hot water to toast! The manager was rude, and snapped when we asked anything! The redeeming feature was the young lad who served us - he was very pleasant and stayed smiling!

Looking for a cheap hotel near Cheddar/Wells for a spot of house-hunting the Premier Inn was great. Don't expect great cuisine but the wine was good and staff helpful and friendly. The bedroom was ok,decor rather tired, no view but the bed was extremely comfortable which made up for everything! Don't expect to be able to use your mobile though. No room phone either so this was really not great when trying to communicate with family or estate agents. That said would use the hotel again for price and convenience - you can use your mobile in the car park. Also, it is not near Bristol Airport. Probably a 15-20 drive or taxi ride.

I was very impressed with the service as the staff member went the extra mile although it was a little robotic. The meal at the restaurant attached to the hotel was very average. The bedroom was comfortable with lovely fresh sheets of good quality and excellent pillows

Stayed here for one night before flight next day. Very spacious room, huge bed, spotlessly clean. Room on the cold side when we first arrived. Staff helpful, but seemed to take a while to book in even though we had prepaid for the room and breakfast in full. Good food in restaurant, had to wait a while at lunchtime to get served at the bar. Would return and recommend if you are catching a flight.
