Great service and helpful and friendly staff. This is certainly my favorite hotel when visiting the area. Fabulous and quiet room, great breakfast and terrace with beautiful view. Great location especially when visiting Sidcot school.

Very friendly staff, room clean with everything you need. Bed a little on the firm side but then that's just personal preference. Cooked breakfast was excellent, quickly served and very tasty. Beautiful location in the countryside with a great view from the veranda. Only downside was that our room didn't have air-con and had restrictors on the widow so could only open it a couple of inches. They did provide a small fan but it didn't make much difference to the overnight room temp of 24oC.

We enjoyed our stay at this Premier Inn Hotel. It was very clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming. The location was ideal as just a short walk from the village. We would stay again and reccommend this to family and friends.

The usual premiere inn quality accommodation which would have rated 5 stars. It only drops a star because there is no lift, so if you are using this hotel as a stop over for the airport you will either have to carry your heavy suitcases up the stairs or pack so you can leave them in the car.
Fantastic food as always in the Brewers Fayre. Can highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala and the Apple Betty... Yum!!

Staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner was so nice and worth the money. Nice location to Wookey Hole and Cheddar Caves. Would use again. Price of hotel was also very good value for money

We stayed here the night before a flight. On check-in, the receptionist was friendly enough, however she did indulge into small talk, and made several assumptions from what we told her (I always prefer things to be kept impersonal!)
The stair situation in this hotel is terrible. They had a steep staircase with turns leading up to the rooms. Furthermore, they did not seem busy, yet did not offer any help with the luggage.
The room itself was nice enough. Maybe in need of renovation, but it has aged well.
Mobile phones do not work in the hotel - please be warned of this.
As ever, comfortable bed, and a good night's sleep! Will use again.

No mobile signals on two networks. Staff aware and advised me to go out as far as possible in the car park. Not much better. Would not have chosen this hotel if I known of this. Have suggested on leaving that they note this on their website or do something about it. Unlimited wifi perhaps
