We have just returned from Eurodisney and we stayed one night at this B&B near Arras on the way. We were given a very warm welcome by the owner and her lovely dog and shown to our two comfortable and stylish rooms. Very impressed with the quality and service, everything you could have wanted in a short stay - breakfast was beautifully presented and good value. Highly recommended - we would love to stay again.

What an unexpected treat after the end of long drive along motorway! We were welcomed by Sylvian and given guided tour of house. We had booked the three rooms so had the whole house to ourselves. I cannot put into words how wonderful the experience was for us all. We had expected an average bed and breakfast establishment but ended up having more near to a spa experience. The music playing when we arrived was soft and gentle, similar to background music at a spa. The rooms are all individually decorated with own theme. The room we stayed in had an enormous bathroom with free standing roll top bath, the showers in other rooms were or what appeared to be top of the range latest models.
The kitchen is stocked with beverages run on an honsety box policy. There was a wide variety of teas including herbal, approx 20 varieities of teas!
The lounge area is decorated to encourage relaxation. The breakfast area had small finishing touches with small tables arranged for each couple to share. The breakfast served was continental but even this had little touches which made the whole breakfast experience special; in itself. There has been a lot of attention to the small details which puts this B&B in a category of its own.
The garden has a small pool and a hot tub, a pond with a pair of wood pigeons as regular visitors. An area for boules as well as a variety of seating areas situated around the large garden.
The business side has an area stocked with bathroom products, perfumes and room diffusers which are available to purchase from Sylvian. Have to admit we succumbed to temptation and came home laden with products which we are still very pleased with.
We are planning a return trip this time travelling through tunnel, driving the hour to Arras then continuing across France to our destination staying at Au21 on our return journey also.
We travelled with one car and 3 motorbikes. Sylvian booked a taxi to the main square and gave us advice on general area.
There is a gypsy caravan situated in the garden but this is kept totally separate from the house. When all 3 rooms are booked the whole house is yours, stays can be for one night or a number of them with the option of using the kitchen area during the stay.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and one situated downstairs. Sylvian resides in adjoining house.

This B&B is very close to the centre of Arras. It is situated in a residential area yet it has a large garden with swimming pool. There are 3 double rooms all ensuite. The kitchen is for the use of guests as the owners have their own accommodation next door. There is an honesty fridge which is stocked with wine, champagne and bottled water. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bathroom was very big. However there was no shower only a bath.
Breakfast was bread and pastries and it was fresh and plentiful - eggs were also on offer.
The owner is very charming and helpful with recommendations of what to see and where to eat.
The only thing we didn't enjoy was one of the headboards was loose and made a noise which interrupted sleep.

A great place to stay whilst visiting the cemeteries and 1st World War battlefields. Just a short drive from Arras with it's spectacular Square of Heros. This is a very clean and stylish B&B with a lovely garden and swimming pool. We had full use of the excellent facilities. The breakfast was up to hotel standards and our host could not be more helpful. Sorry that our schedule would not allow us to stay longer.
