My wife, myself and another couple had dinner one Friday night at Eddington's of Exeter. The restaurant is housed in a 19th century home and still has all the grandeur you would expect to find. Our waiter was Greg who was funny and professional. I have some food allergies and he promptly went to the kitchen to check what meals were okay for me. Our meals arrived and they were excellent...the meat was so tender you cut it with a butter knife. We also found that the restaurant had an wonderful choice of wines. According to Greg, James the chief and owner uses locally produced items when available. The evening was great!! We will be back.
