It is not cheap. You will not go "Wow" when you enter. It is a former pub, with a glass extension.
However, the food is good, thee waiters smile (always a good sign in my view) and I can get a cab home (or walk if I have to).

Try it. You'll like it.

There is a great selection of dishes on the menu, everything we had was fantastic. Service was brilliant, so nice to be served by people who were polite, professional and well trained. I tried this restaurant over 6 years ago for the first time and it is still one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever tried.

Thought we would do something different today so we booked for Christmas! We had our wedding reception here 5 years ago and although we are regular visitors we were pleasantly suprised by our meal today. Great value, friendly service with a christmassy touch - well done!

In my opinion the best Indian in the Ampthill area. If the weather's nice you can eat outdoors here...a rare option for an Indian restaurant!

If you like a really well cooked and served curry with delicate spices then this is the place to go. Some unusual dishes which don't all taste the same with a freshly prepared quality. Being relatively local we've been going to this restaurant for many years now and it's been consistently good with a welcoming friendly service and waiters who know their dishes and can advise you if you aren't an expert. It's not the cheapest though not too expensive either. The dinning area is a large airy conservatory so not a particularly intimate area but there is plenty of room and you aren't rubbing shoulders with the party on the next table and you don't have to squeeze past other diners to visit the loo.

Thoroughly recommend them particulary for a special ocassion.
