I loved the decoration of the hotel very up modern and the little touches like bath robes , slippers,DVD and USB connections to the tv all unexpected. The service was brilliant and could speak good English.
Only down side to the hotel was the area very close to the beach but not much sand and tide comes in early,Only a few restaurants open when i went in June but can see it is a busier place in the high season.
I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet area but if you are wanting a lively night life its probably not for you.

5ive Beachhouse is an affordable accommodation solution if you want to spend time in Jomtiem / Pattaya. However, we found the distance from Pattaya a little tiresome, and catching songtaus to this location can be unreliable. The rooms were only cleaned every third or fourth day for long-stay guests, which was not often enough. 5ive have put effort into the design and furnishings, but we found many, such as doors and electronic equipment, to be in operative. Our room had a cooktop and microwave, but curiously no kitchen sink.

The staff were very friendly, and the establishment had a family operated vibe. We recommend this hotel, only if you go with low expectations.
