Young family with a baby, visited in October for 1 week. The hotel itself is very nice, and spotless! It is constantly being cleaned which is great.
Room - We had a standard double, which was large enough for 2 adults and a baby cot. Bed was 2 singles pushed together, and very comfortable. Air-con worked perfect. Room included a TV, but only had 2 english speaking channels, BBC entertainment, and Comedy Central - (which was MTV). Obviously not there to watch TV but more english channels would have been nice for when relaxing in the room. Minibar in the room, incudes 2 bottles of beer, a coke, sprite and fanta, and plenty water. Safe is free to use also. Bathroom is nice, a big rainfall shower!
Food - food is plentiful and nice. Not sure why many people complain. Yes, the breakfast can be a little repetitive, but then have something different everyday so you don't get bored? The 2 restaurants across the road at the wet'n'wild are nice for lunch, and dinner in the buffet was nice - plenty of food to choose from.
One complaint I have about the food, is when it came to dishes that have mince meat in/on them. Such as the local 'Lahmahcun' dish, or the 'Mevlan Pide', or other mince meat dishes in the buffet restaurant - on the menus, it is just referred to as 'meat'. It is not specified as to whether this is Lamb or Beef, and for someone that doesn't eat beef due to cultural reasons, this was a bit worrying. Especially as when I asked about the Lahmacun at the wet'n'wild, I was told it was Lamb, but when asked about it at the main pool restaurant, I was told it was beef... So please start specifying what meat it actually is.
Spa - had the traditional Hammam Turkish Bath and Massage - 1 hour total for approx 45 Euros - definitely worth it - had it twice!
All in all, a very nice resort, nice pool area on both sides, nice food, branded drinks (you need to ask for the branded version) otherwise you get local. Branded includes Gordons, Beefeater, Havana Club, Captain Morgan, Smirnoff, Absolut, Red Label, Ballantines etc).
Shuttle bus is available and comes every 10-15 mins or so, very efficient.
One thing i would say is the hotel attracts many people from eastern european countries, and Russia - I have no problem at all with anyone. But sometimes, some of the guests can be very rude - but this may be their mannerism and how they behave in their Country, so nothing to do with the hotel itself, just something for Brits to be aware of.
Would i return - Yes, probably! :)
