Have stayed at the Quest Moonee Ponds twice for 6 weeks each time while on business. (Training).
The one and two bedroom apartments are well appointed and comfortable. The bedroom was had it own Aircon and blackout type drapes if you wanted to sleep in. The kitchen was easy to use and I was able to cook for myself daily.
Both Coles and Wooliies were a 5 minute walk away.
The race course was over the road conveniently if you liked that sort of thing but the weekly events did not disturb.
Front desk staff were helpful esp with issues with wifi and room swipe cards.
There is nice restaurants close by and I can recommend the rooftop bar for chicken Parma $10 Tuesdays and the sports bar on Mt Alexander road for steak night.
I would definitely like to stay there again.

Stayed one night in studio apartment. Small room with small kitchen area in main room and small table with 2 chairs. and small bathroom.
Shower poor design. Small recess with taps poorly designed close to shower exit door and door not hinged on right side.
Difficult to shower due to small size of recess.
Room clean. Checking in process didn't take too long. Checkout Was quick.
Could hear some noises from
Other rooms but still able to sleep ok. Room dark enough with curtains to block out light. Pillows very soft.
2 small hot plates and small fridge and microwave in kitchen.
We didn't use kitchen facilities.
Secure insure car parking not under cover.
No lift that we could see so had to drag suitcase up stairs.
Split reverse cycle air conditioner / heater. Flat screen tv with foxtel. Took a bit of effort to locate foxtel channels.
We paid $180 for 1 night in July.

Stayed 3 nights in a 1 bedroom appartment, "apartment 1 in the Makbye Diva wing". The room was clean, quite large, bed was comfy, plenty of room for 2 adults. It is a disability room and the bathroom was huge, the disappointment..... there was no shelving to put your personal things away and the was NO Power in the bathroom.....i had to blow dry my hair and straighten it in the kitchen using the microwave as a mirror, the only mirror was in the living room and my straightner lead wasnt long enough to reach. overall the apartment was great if you dont need power in the bathroom

Thanks so Alex on reception who went above and beyond to help us out to get to a wedding even though we had forgotten our credit cards to leave a deposit.
What a champion. He has really made our weekend. And the bosses should really appreciate how hard he works.
Nice near comfortable rooms to. Close to everything we needed.
Thank you Alex again for helping us out.

I recently spent 3 nights on a business trip.
And stayed in a standard studio - good sized room with desk and a kitchenette that I could have self-catered if I wanted. There's a supermarket not far away.

The staff were all friendly and helpful.

There is no restaurant inhouse but there are good cafes + restaurants a short walk away as well as a supermarket.

2 gripes, inroom internet is $70 for a week.
It is a newish building and the walls and structure are not sound proof, I was woken every time doors were shut in the building. It is a shame shortcuts are made on the building methods and products on new builds.

Stayed here for 3 nights for work. Apart from its closeness to my place of work, this hotel was nothing special. Which was a shame. The room initially smelt of smoke (before I aired it out, then it was fine). The noise from other rooms was crystal clear (you could hear other people's conversations, which was awkward). My queen bed was two singles pushed together. I have slept on heaps of beds like this, with no worries. But there was a huge lump where the beds met, and one was lower to the ground. Apart from these issues the room was modern, clean and had good cooking facilities. The staff were lovely. It could have been a great stay, but it wasn't.

Stayed two nights with a business colleague in a studio King room.
Room was adequate with small kitchen facility but showers and bed are in need of a make over. Couldn't turn the hot water off completely as the knob was too tight so it dripped all night. (Yes old shower with two separate knobs to adjust water temperature) Was worried we may not have enough hot water in the morning but luckily it was OK. My single bed was sagging in the middle too soft for me. Reception staff helpful overall surroundings pleasant, kept clean and tidy. Didn't have time to venture out to the nearby eateries though.
