We have just returned from a wonderful week on Brac staying at this apartment. It is a great size with lots of living space, and the view from the sun room/terrace across the water to the island of Hvar was the perfect way to start each day.
Lots of access to the sea close by, albeit with steep and rocky shorelines. Perfect for those who love to snorkel but not quite as convenient for younger visitors. That said, pebbly beaches with easier entry to the water are within walking distance, as are a couple of lovely beach bars.
The area is quiet and not at all crowded and a perfect pace to get away. Locals are friendly, especially Morena who minds the property, and if fresh bread is your thing then be sure to walk the 80m down the the kiosk before 8:30 when all the good stuff is gone! The downside of this is that local food shopping is limited so a car is required.
If you want bars, clubs, noise but the convenience of big-town resort holidays this is not the place for you. Look at Supertar or Bol. If however you like the idea of a slower life, some quieter time to read and relax, or even find yourself watching a partial lunar eclipse rise over the water or lying back on the loungers to watch the perseid meteor shower uninterrupted in the dark skies away from town (like we did!) then I can not recommend this apartment highly enough.
