A nice place to wander round, reasonable prices. But the cafe is wortha trip in and of itself! Very nice indeed!

We run a similar scale and type of thing in North Wales but learnt a lot from here, found by accident. The most organised Garden Centre with lots of really interesting plants often propagated by the knowlegeabe staff. The actual garden costs £2 via an honesty box and is a plantsmans garden rather than anything grand and formal. There is also a hauntingly peaceful ruined church and graveyard too. The cafe makes a big change from the norm- Excelent in every way. This is only open from March to October sadly but its a very seasonal business.

7  Thank Hickish
