There's nothing like a beautiful summer day in Trosa, Sweden. And a great way to spend it is to have lunch or dinner at Fina Fisken. Outdoor seating is plentiful and the view is of the small boat harbor with lots of people watching possibilities. The menu offers plenty of seafood and meat dishes with some vegetarian possibilities as well. The staff is typically "friendly professional" that one finds so often in Sweden. We had 2 fish dishes that were both prepared well. One a steamed flat fish filet with a light crayfish emulsion sauce. The other was a typical Swedish dish; breaded and lightly fried herring served with mashed potatoes and lingon berries. The cost for 2 people with beer was SEK 500..about $75. (Including tax and tip) Definitely worth a revisit.
