Clean, what we expected - nice summery beach feel. Open space. Nice to have the pool up the drive from us. Nobody else was ever at the pool when we were and we didn't feel like we needed one right at the house as we spent everyday out exploring beaches etc. Only used pool after return from day. Windspree employees very easy to work with. Friendly and accommodating.
Must have a jeep. If you don't like steep, hilly driving you may want to reconsider, but we were fine with it.
