“WONDERFUL”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 June 2014

Our three children absolutely loved the ingenious exhibition, hives in full display, bees and all. Brilliantly informative films and other fascinating exhibits. The honey produced by the farm is an absolute revelation. We had cream teas with the honey, and freshly baked welsh cakes. The staff were v. friendly and helpful. It was pointed out by one of them that there are Bee People and People People. She was definitely a People Person. Hugely important educational element to the centre, given Big Corporations use of neonicotinoids, which is killing the bees globally.

“Very Interesting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 May 2014

Visited during our holiday in May, we found it very interesting seeing the bees in action and all the different hive formations. Its quite a small place but worth a visit if in the area, even our 2 year old liked drawing pictures of the bees and looking at the child friendly books. You can take a seat and watch a video that played, it gave so much information. They have bee suits (adult and child) to try on. The shop also sells honey and other things like honey beer and soaps. I can personally say that the honey is the best I have ever had! Just under £4 per person and under 4's FREE!

Everything you want to know about honey bees and more!

Informative , and a great place to buy unusual honey bee products. I bought some bees wax, no good for bikini line but excellent for waxing sewing thread! Staff are very knowledgeable about all things bees and happy to answer questions. A nice place to visit
