the hotel is situated close to all amenities, we parked up and used the bus service across
from hotel. Beach within 7 minutes walk. The facilities are wonderful - spa swimming pooletc.
The food is well presented and plentiful - have the full English and you wont want to eat all day!!!

Room Tip: quieter at the rear

I was looking for a 'nice' hotel in and around Great Yarmouth when this one popped up on Trivago. At £80 a night it was a bit more than I wanted to pay but it had a spa attached with a pool and gym. While booking I discovered that if you book a 2 night 'special occasions' deal it works out at £75 plus you get breakfasts and a 3 course dinner with a bottle of wine!
We chose from the general menu, which includes steak, salmon and all the pricey meals, the portions are enormous and the food standard excellent. The wine was good too!
We asked to change our room as it faced the back of the pool and we were given one on the high street, with lots of space and a fridge. No question, no quibble.
Stall so friendly, couldn't do enough for you. The pool was perfect, and the spa pool really nice. My daughter and I had treatments and they excellent and not at spa prices. Everything was spotlessly. Highly recommended.
Just one thing, we were on the high street and because the weather was hot had the window open, it was very noisy, but there is air conditioning.

Room Tip: Chose the off road room.

Hi. We have just recently spent 3 nights in our Campervan at the Old Hall, after our 3 week tour of Western Europe, and I have to say you couldn't wish for a better team. We arrived Sunday midday checked in got parked up and connected up, showered, then went in for a Carvery, which was fabulous. The staff were all very polite, had our meal then went into the bar for a few. We met another couple there in there Motorhome Chris and Jeff made friends with them. The use of the leisure centre was very good and also the Hairdressers, to which I sampled.

All I can say is we wish all the staff and management all the best for the future and WE WILL BE BACK.
