Reviewed 30 May 2011

Myself and 5 friends all booked here to attend a wedding at a nearby venue, we were looking for a cheaper alternative, and this fitted the bill..
We only booked in, left bags and went off to wedding reception, we returned well after closing, rooms were fit for purpose, all we needed was bed and washing facilities. Breakfast in the morning was just what we all needed - ( although one member of our party could only manage a cup of tea, very hungover. ) I would recommend this place to stay £55 a room including breakfast. rather than triple this price to stay at wedding venue. Pity we didnt get chance to sample the bar, there is always next time, I would recommend this establishment - good value for money, pleasant staff. it is what it is. ideal. hot showers, and a comfy bed and wholesome breakfast were all we needed, and we got that. if you want to pay over the top hotel prices - upto you. thanks. ps speaking to guests that stayed at wedding venue, our breakfast was much better.

Room Tip: ask.
