Stayed here in the fall so not much tourist activity. Room was fairly large by European standards with two large comfortable beds. Bath, on the other hand, was a bit cramped, especially since the shower ceiling was angled with the roof line, but….. it was functional and clean with enough towels and bath products for 3. Draw back is that the only room window faced an exhaust fan from the restaurant (although I can imagine that the rooms at the front can be noisy as well due to summer traffic) and the free WiFi in the room did not work, had to leave the room to find a suitable hot spot. On the second day the staff indicated they could provide an internet cable if necessary. No A/C in the room, which could be a problem in the summer. Hotel has free parking. The rooms are above an Oriental restaurant which was reasonably good, with one exception, the lamb and vegetables was so infused with garlic that it was uneatable, unfortunately no offer was made to remove the dish from the bill :( . Breakfast (which was included) was great, the gentleman serving breakfast was very helpful and constantly asked if we wanted anything else (bread, ham, cheese, coffee, soft boiled eggs, juice, jam, etc. etc). The staff was friendly but unfortunately only spoke broken English, but all in all, we managed to get through our stay without problems. Walking into Remich is possible but can not comment on any of the restaurants there as most were in the stages of closing due to Tourist season being over. Hotel is near enough to Luxembourg proper to drive into town in 20 minutes or less, although finding parking in Luxembourg can sometimes be a problem.
