Staying over for one night, I sat out in the garden enjoying the view and the Wi-fi connection. While I also enjoyed watching the house marten colony, sadly it led to the cleanliness ding as their guano adorned the decking, wall and door. The single room was small but comfortable and breakfast was excellent.

My wife & i stayed for the weekend and after a long drive in horrible weather, we where greated by Sharon, she was so welcoming and we felt instantly relaxed, after being shown to our room which was lovely, she made us a very nice cup of tea and some cake. The local pub was great with some very tasty food and we returned to our room for a grest nights sleep . Breakfast was fantastic , we where stuffed but it was so nice. The whole package was the best b&b stay we have experienced , thank you Sharon

On a recent trip to Builth Wells we found this lovely B & B about seven miles from Builth on the edge of the Black Mountains. Fedw is a working immaculately kept sheep farm set on a hill with stunning views from the front bedroom. Our hosts were welcoming and on arrival we were given a cup of tea and yummy cake. The bedroom was very comfortable with a wonderful panoramic view. There is also a lounge for guests to use and the breakfast was absolutely delicious and freshly cooked. We will certainly call again.

Room Tip: The double room at the front has lovely views and the twin at the back would be quiet. At the front...

My other half booked us a weekend to get away and found herself booking Fedw Farm. We knew very little about it, but from the moment that we arrived we were made to feel very welcome.

Sharon and her family, including Toffee, stopped at nothing to make us feel comfortable and looked after.

We really appreciated everything that was done for us and we can't wait to come back.

Some years ago, The Egon Ronay hotel guide had a section for the ten most beautifully situated hotels in UK, as far as B&B's go, this one would certainly be in the top ten. Spectacular views from the terrace and to go with that a very warm welcome from Sharon and John.

Sharon really does know how to cater, everything comfortable and clean and a breakfast that will keep you from hunger till dinner in the evening. Excellent value for money!

I cannot highly recommend enough this beautiful place to stay. Very welcoming and homely. A lovely wood burning stove lit every night, cosy, warm ensuite rooms, then a fantastic breakfast. Would highly recommend!

A lovely stay in a warm and welcoming farmhouse. Fantastic views from the double bedroom. Very comfortable and super breakfast. Highly recommended in a beautiful part of the world. I was visited friends locally and this fitted the bill perfectly for me.
