The room and facilities were spotless and very nicely presented. The house is spacious with a clean, light, airy feel. Breakfast was cooked immediately before serving. We were given a good selection of items to make our choice from and it was served with a flow of friendly and interesting conversation.
The whole experience was a real treat and this was underpinned by the way that we were made to feel at home from the moment of arriving.
A special experience that made our trip to Wales..

This was my first time to that part of Wales. There and the surrounding area I can only say blew me away, it was beautiful and the people were so friendly. That is also true of the owner of this hotel - Gillian. She was very warm, bubbly and welcoming. She made every effort to please and made us an exceptional meal on out first nights stay. Breakfast was equally as good on both mornings we were there. Home made toasted bread, cereal, and a full cooked breakfast including lava bread which I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend anyone to try. Thankyou to Gillian for making out stay so pleasant.

Gillian is a brilliant talker, plenty of humor and great tips for your stay. She's a great cook and she really cares about her guests. Her house is warm and cosy with big windows enlightening common spaces. Beds are soooo confortable and the bathroom is always perfectly clean. The neighbourhood is charming and you can get lost in the network of tiny roads around the coast

My wife and I stayed with Gillian en route to Pembrokeshire. The house is very handily located at the side of the main coast road. Gillian gave us a very warm welcome and we were given a room overlooking the garden and fields at the back. The rooms are not en suite but the toilet and bathroom were just opposite our room so no problems there. Guests have the option of booking an evening meal and we took advantage of this. Gillian is an excellent cook and did us a very memorable 3 course meal which we really enjoyed. We took our own wine as there is no drinks licence. Breakfast was superb with seaweed bread and some fresh home made bread. Gillian's prices are very reasonable and I would guess she has lots of repeat visitors. A very nice place to stay and highly recommended

The B&B was just as good as people had reported. Gillian is an excellent host, and very helpful with ideas of places to see and eat (even for our short stay!) The breakfasts are plentiful, good quality and locally sourced. All in all really good value.

Came on holiday with a 12 yr old and a 5 yr old and had a fantastic time. The food is delicious and would recommend Gillians home made tomato soup. The beds are so comfy and it was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud you sink in and fall to sleep. You cant find a nicer person than Gillian and I will be looking forward to staying again.

Thanks
George
