Basic, clean room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. For me, it was pretty noisy, we had windows to the street - traffic noise all night. Towels and soap are replaced every day. Air-conditioning didn´t work even if we had it on the lowest temperature. Breakfast was very simple - only basic food - bread rolls, croissants, marble cake, butter, jam, yoghurt, one type of ham, cheese, cereals, milk, juice and coffee machine. Terrace (breakfast is served here) offers beautiful view over Cannes and sea.

Just arrived back Sunday 3rd Aug ,great holiday apart from the long journey... The hotel is basic but the staff are fantastic the only problem the two young girls serving food could smile a little the guys serving on great!! Would like to say comments regarding food I am the most fussy eater but I enjoyed the food and the night I didn't fancy the fish they gave me alternative meat . I would most certainly stay again and the management will go out of their way to help, I believe if you ask and explain you will be helped don't complain all the time it's a holiday enjoy ,it's a great place and I look forward to going back one day. Well done Natational holidays !!

Stayed here with national holidays. Enjoyable stay, decent rooms but not many with a view. Nice roof top restaurant with distant views of Cannes. Very hot when eating outside in an evening, tables definitely need parasols. You need to catch No. 1 bus into Cannes cause quite a distance to walk. No choice of food at evening meal, but food reasonable, if you are not to fussy.

Travelled here with National Holidays. Hotel has no menu to choose from. You do not know what you are going to get to eat, IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOU DON'T EAT!!!!!!!!!!! Small bottle of beer 4 euro and a bottle of cheap plonk house wine 20 euro. Rooms basic and balcony is unusable as air conditioning unit throws hot air at you.

We stayed in this hotel in July 2014 with National Holidays, the rooms are basic and dated and the meals were awful to say the least. No choice of of menu you get what you are given with no alternative. You can't sit on the room balcony as the aircon unit is located there blasting hot air straight at you.

Room Tip: Just do not go!!!!!!!!

This was a 9 day holiday with national coaches to Cannes and we were spending 5 days at the Hotel Thomas in Le Cannet.
The hotel is situated approximately 3 km from Cannes and is a pleasant walk to Cannes from the hotel, it is downhill to Cannes and when walking back it is quite steep.
There is a bus stop approximately 10 minutes away from the hotel so you can go down and back by bus at a cost of about 2 euros each way or taxi which we used for the return to the hotel for 12 euros.
The rooms are very basic but have air conditioning but no tea/coffee making facilities, some have balconies.
The refuse collection is early on a morning(noisy) and the road outside is like a race track when we were here (very busy) be careful.
There is a bar on the ground floor with t/v and seating area, also an area outside to sit and enjoy a drink.A bottle of Heineken was 4 euros.
There are 2 lifts one goes up to the 4th floor the other to the 5th floor which is where the restaurant and swimming pool is situated.
There is a lovely terrace where you can dine on an evening with pleasant views to the port of Cannes.
Meal times are very strict with no flexibility.
Breakfast consisted of bread rolls sometimes hard sometimes o/k,cereal,yoghurt,hard boiled egg,one type of processed cheese, one type of ham and sometimes fruit.
The meals on an evening were poor to say the least with no choice other than take it or leave it, we never saw a menu the time we were here.
The first evening we were given a starter of salad greens with what appeared to be sliced tinned potatoes.Main course was chicken with wedges one portion was handed back as it was not cooked (blood) nothing was offered in replacement.
The food did not improve during the stay so make sure you eat well during the day.
I have read other reviews of the hotel which were mixed and hoped for the better but alas it was not to be.
We asked for a cup of tea with our meal and were told no, another person did not like the dessert and asked for ice cream, again told no maybe tomorrow night so not very accommodating.
I know we are in France so the food will be different but the food in Cannes was very nice!
There are some eateries nearby within walking distance.
There was free wifi at the hotel a code can be obtained from the reception.
The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant thank you to her.

Room Tip: if you aren't happy with the room complain
