Stayed for a week in July and had a fantastic time. Jim and Emma are fantastic hosts and the food is very very good! All biking needs are sorted and the guys can't do enough to help. Overall top place to stay.

Me and three mates stayed here in July. The food was great (full board included) and the bedrooms and ensuing were all in good order. The Pleney lift is two minutes walk from the chalet which has it's own bike store garage with basic tools. At such a good price for the week it's hard to beat. Remembering that it's centrally located in Morzine, like with any lively town or city, take some decent earplugs! The only thing I'd like to see improved is the tools in the garage and better bike was facilities.

It's right by the main lift in Morzine, the hospitality and food are excellent and the chalet is great - straightforward, but really clean and lovely with nice new shower-rooms. We were there for a week on a biking holiday and I will DEFINITELY be going back. I'm so glad I've found this place...

The chalet hosts are wonderful! so friendly and polite, I'm really fussy and they catered for me every night!! The chalet was amazing, beautiful and literally 2 minutes from Le Pleney lift and really clean and fresh. I was there for a week biking and there were great bike storage and bike cleaning and maintainance facilities! It was a real holiday and ALL the riders refuge staff are AMAZING!! I'm going back next year whether they want me or not!!!!

Room Tip: On the 1st floor there are 2 rooms with a balcony, get one of them... amazing for hanging smelly/wet kit on after a day of smashing the trails. No body seemed to struggle with places to hang stuff, so if you're too slow for a balcony room don't worry :)
