Hosts, Nikki and Emma gave us a very warm welcome and were very helpful throughout our stay. The food was fantastic and there was lots of it. Cooked breakfasts, lovely cakes or quiche for tea and a 3 course evening meal with wine and beer. The atmosphere at dinner and breakfast was relaxed and friendly leading to very enjoyable evenings. This chalet's central location was great for access to the lifts and the other activities available in Morzine, all just a few minutes walk away, and easy to pop back to during the day.

I stayed at the Chalet back in March and had such an amazing time. Fantastic location, amazing food and Paige and James were excellent hosts. Dinner times had a great atmosphere and all in all I can't recommend this holiday enough!

This small chalet is a perfect base for the slopes, both in the winter and I'd imagine in the summer too. What is probably one of the best of the many restaurants in Morzine is directly over the road. Slightly noisy some evenings, however this was not a major issue. Great food each evening and wine also, very cosy sat around the large dining table. Rooms good too.

We had such a lovely break in Morzine staying in the chalet Les Pistes. The chalet was so close to the Penney bubble it made it very easy to pop back during the day. Our hosts, Paige and James were very friendly and enthusiastic making us very welcome and providing us with excellent food which was beautifully presented (and plenty of it too!) The Chalet was lovely and warm as well. Unfortunately our trip wasn't long enough - but we will definitely be back again! Thank you :)

I really enjoyed my stay here! Our hosts James and Paige were bubbly friendly people that helped to create the ambience of my time there! The food was great, home cooked and fresh every day! My room was comfortable and clean. No issues at all! The Chalet was a stone throw away from 'du pleney' and took only one minute to walk to the lift!

I loved meeting new people, the views, the central conveniences, the food and the ambience and our hosts James and Paige made our stay!

My husband, our 17 year old son and I had a great week at this chalet. Recommended by friends who had already booked we were impressed at the outset by the ease of booking and communication. Riders Refuge are well organised and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. They did airport runs too so booking direct not stressful. Our chalet hosts (James and Paige) were great and the food was plentiful and tasty ( we are fussy vegetarians and my husband has
special dietary reqts all catered for). Afternoon cakes were lovely. Chalet large and clean, honesty bar, bathrooms on every floor, great central location in town and so handy for Pleney lift. Morzine is lovely resort and town and I met other Riders Refuge hosts and guests who were all positive about it too. My son left his Beats headphones there and the first we knew was when Riders contacted us to say they were sending them to us ...how great is that! Thanks to Jill and Jonno, James and Page we had a great holiday.

Right in the middle of everything and close to the Pleney lift. Shops, restaurants, bars and apres ski very close too. Certainly convenient for the early morning lift up the mountain. Only 10 mins walk to the the lift for the otherside of the mountain and Avoriaz area too. Chalet basic but certainly adequate. A little noisy at night-but shutters could be pulled across of windows to keep most of the noise out-a good tip for the rooms overlooking the street. Food was adequate. Hosts excellent-very friendly and helpful. James and Paige did a great job of looking after us and always with a smile. Beds comfy-room a little small perhaps. Other rooms in chalet bigger however and Ive stayed in a lot worse!! Good value for the money paid, with a free pick up and return to the airport in Geneva. Nice. Transfer prity quick. Nice atmosphere in the chalet. Boot room downstairs was fine. Small 2 person sauna but no jacuzzi which would have been a nice addition. Free wine with meal was certainly drinkable. Shared bathroom was ok, although perhaps a slight drawback. Jill and Jono sorted all booking and ski passes out . Nice one. I would recommend this place for sure.

Room Tip: Stay away from rooms on the street. Noisy at night or close your shutters to sleep!!
