What can we say, apart from the fact that we were so happy with our Chilly Powder holiday! Everything was easy from the booking process to our transfer back to the airport - they sorted it all.
We opted for a catered chalet and it was perfect for our group. We arrived to a warm welcome from Seb (or chalet host) and his warmth and professionalism stayed for the whole week. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was more than happy to give us recommendations and help us in any way her could - a true 'host'. He was also joined by our chef Kirsten, and literally every single thing she cooked was fabulous. I am gluten free and I didn't miss out on anything - it was the best food I have eaten since giving up wheat and I was made to feel that my requirements were no issue at all.
We utilised the ski school and childcare facilities and we couldn't be happier - and neither could our kids!! We didn't have one 'don't want to go' from any of the six kids in our party - they were simply happy everyday. This was due to the effort made by the kids club staff - who took them for crepes, took the ice skating and to the park - there was never a dull moment.

Our experience at Chilly Powder was so great that we have already rebooked for next year - it is simply the perfect family holiday!

This was our first ski trip with our 2 year old son and it went perfectly. We stayed in Chalet Au Coin du Feu and I have to say it was amazing. The chalet is large and has all the facilities required for a perfect ski holiday... Bar, jacuzzi and sauna!

We stayed in a 3 bed room which was compact but big enough for us, it had a jacuzzi bath too which was great in the evenings!

The chalet is located just down from the Prodains express to Avoriaz, you can walk about 50 metres to a free button lift and then ski 100m to the cable car or just walk the 150m...

Getting back you can ski right back to the door via the garden (subject to snow). We had a lot of snow while we were there so this was no problem. It also rained in Morzine so be prepared for wet weather as it is much lower than Avoriaz.

The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and the food is 5 star at the least!

We did not really know what to expect so didn't pre-book childcare and with hindsight wished we had. Several company chalets use the creche facilities in house at Au Coins du Feu so it does reach capacity.

We will be back next year and will definitely allow Chilly powder to take care of everything this time! Communication is excellent and they will literally arrange everything for you!

All round fantastic holiday and as said we have already booked for next year!

Best ski chalet in the world! If you have kids this is the place to go - wonderful people, fantastic food and kids just love it. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and they will always fit into individual needs. This was our fifth trip and have booked gain for next year.

Room tip: Fantastic for families - although outside of half term, perfect for non family groups

There's not much I can add to my review last year. As expected, a great experience at Chilly Powder in all respects. We enjoyed great snow conditions, friendly service, comfortable surroundings and lovely food. Transfers, passes and equipment hire, kids ski school etc were all seamlessly arranged - and we made to sure to book for next year before we left.

We visited chilly powder for the first time with our 7 and 8 year old kids. Francesca and Paul make sure everything is stress free and ensure that kids and adults both have the best time. From having our skis delivered to the chalet and having our ski passes waiting for us, we could chill out from the moment we arrived.

The kids ski school is amazing. The chalet hand pick the ESF instructors that all speak English and as the lessons are only for the chalet kids they have very small groups - maximum my kids had was 6 in a group and my eldest only 2 in a group, so their skiing massively improved. The kids club was well run and fun with an activity every afternoon- eg ice skating, sledging, trips out to Morzine or Avoriaz. Jamie was a star getting the kids walking up to the cable car with the chilli powder song!

The lift is a 5 to 10 min walk up hill but you can ski back to the chalet garden so the effort in the morning is worth it. The rooms and communal areas are very clean and all the staff very helpful and friendly.

The food is really good - restaurant quality, fabulous wine and with a separate dinner time for the adults. The kids meals could be a bit more simple but they always have a pasta option available.

We met some lovely people and the kids made some great friends.

We will be returning but book early as many people return year after year and it gets booked up well in advance.
