We stayed with Jack and Jill in March 2013 and had such a great time, we decided to return in Feb 2014. Both times we were in Chalet Beaumont. We had an amazing time on both visits and couldn't ask for more.
Caleb and Ellen prepared delicious meals - breakfast, dinner and afternoon cake - and really cared for us throughout the week. They were simply amazing. The chalet is just down from the Nyon lift so Richard kindly drove us to and from the lifts - it couldn't have been easier. Mary and Jamie (the owners) welcome you like family. Everyone was beyond helpful.
My husband and I took advantage of the hot tub, afternoon cakes and honesty bar. The food was delicious - a great spread of breakfast options, three course dinner, wine and then the option of cheese board as well!
Of course the skiing in Morzine and Porte du Soleil is terrific.
Thank you for everything!
I would highly recommend Jack and Jill.

We stayed here the 1st week of February. Our chalet hosts Ellen and Caleb were fantastic, very welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast and dinner were always superb and the catered for any dietery needs. We had our 5 year with us and they were happy to do an early meal for him and were also very considerate in the evenings by serving the cheese board at the table instead of the lounge.
Richard was great for lifts into Morzine on a morning and after skiing so it saved walking around with all your ski gear. Made the day more enjoyable.
The chalet itself was warm and very well equipped, we had the top floor bedroom which was very spacious with a separate room with bunk beds. The bathroom also had a lovely big bath. We used the hot tub on a couple of occasions and this was a real nice to have.
A great chalet, chalet hosts and ski holiday. Morzine is a great place

My partner and I booked to stay in Chalet St Martin for Christmas week direct with Jack and Jill, who were welcoming, as were the Chalet hosts (and i am sorry to have forgotten their names...sorry!) who did a very spectacular job in looking after us. The food was just amazing!, well presented and every whim was catered for, including my wish for alternatives to fish as i don't eat it. The living space/lounge was great, especially as i injured my knee the first day, so spent more time in the Chalet than out of it! There is a TV and DVD, books, comfortable sofa's, a lovely fireplace to sit around and an honesty bar which was great. The hot tub outside is to die for, kept hot and clean and has fantastic views along the valley of Montriond to the mountains. We stayed in the top double bedroom of the house, which was clean, had a nice toilet shower and a double bed, which was comfortable. This room also had a set of bunk beds in it but this makes the room less spacious. Robes were also provided which was great and the rooms were serviced daily and was clean. This room does not have a balcony and neither does it have windows; whilst there are 4 skylights, these are too high to look out of. I only found this out after i booked and made an inquiry about if there was a balcony and was then told no. This was not explicit in the pre-booking information i received, or on the website, which It should be. As far as the location was concerned, it is beautiful, idyllic and quiet and surrounded by valley fields and trees. There a lovely little stream and an enclosure next to it with raindeer in! If you are looking for a romantic quiet setting and enjoy scenery than you will love the location, I think for summer, this would be a lovely place for walks and biking. If however you want nightlife...this may not be for you so much. The Chalet is situated outside Morzine center in Montriond and whilst there are lifts provided between 8-10 and 3-6 (ish) by the chalet hosts to the slopes, outside of these times the transport is more difficult. To get to the bus (M) is a hefty hike up quite a hill into the Montiond town center. Montriond town has just a couple of bars and a restaurant but it isn't a happening place in anyway! The bus at Christmas runs half hourly and you can get into Morzine Center or to the Prodains ski areas from the stop outside the church. The journey into Morzine takes around 15-20mins (that's not including the 10-15 minute walk up the hill first). Being that i was injured and couldn't walk long distances with ease, meant i was quite isolated in the chalet during the day. However, i like quiet, and i don't mind my own company, so for me the secluded location was not a problem and made up for by champagne in the hot tub whilst it snowed :).

All in all, we had a great time, enjoyed our stay and would recommend Chalet St Martin to those preferring a quieter stay outside of the main resort of Morzine. Would i stay again...Certainly for a nice summer vacation, as there is no doubt that the chalet is excellent and the area is beautiful, but for a winter holiday maybe not. That is unless the transport was better. The remote location and the lengthy walk to the bus stop up the hill, with ski equipment would be the only reason for not booking St Martin again in winter. Other guests staying have stayed in Chalet Beaumont (also owned by Jack and Jill) and said that the location of that chalet was much better and the quality just as excellent. On their feedback, I would consider staying with Jack and Jill at Chalet Beaumont for a winter holiday.

Room Tip: Book a room on the lower floor to get a window or balcony view. There are no windows with a view from the bedrooms in the roof.

We stayed in this lovely chalet . We took the whole chalet .It has 4 en suite bedrooms ,one of which is a family room. We had no small children with us. It was very spacious in the bedrooms. The living / dining area was big enough for 8 of us staying. The beds were comfortable and the chalet was kept clean and tidy by Barney and Richard our chalet hosts. Barney was the chef and his cooking was superb and his company charming. We all loved his food and we have some fussy eaters. He gave us a special night on Burns night (we are Scottish) which we really appreciated.
It's a bit out of Morzine but it wasn't a problem as they arranged to drop us at the lifts and pick us up in the evening. Carl was very flexible with us. It's in a quiet setting. The hot tub was fun and easy to use.

I have just returned from a three-night stay in Chalet Beaumont with Jack and Jill. After years of hard work on getting me there, finally the dates suited for a first visit to Chalet Beaumont, and it certainly won't be the last.
The pre-arrival was easy, transfer booked through the chalet was smooth and the ski hire company turned up at a suitable time with our skis so we didn't waste a minute.
The chalet hosts, Caleb and Ellen, were absolutely amazing - really friendly and interested, perfect for the job. The food cooked by both of them was amazing - the best I've had in a chalet.
The downside as mentioned previously is that the chalet is outside the town but we didn't need to party on this trip - we got picked up after apres ski and had time for a hot tub session before the lovely dinner.
A top quality chalet also - our double room was lovely, warm, spacious and you wouldn't have known there was anyone else staying there. I've stayed in a few chalets in Morzine and this was the best yet in terms of quality.
