4 of us shared a room for a week's skiing, so space in the room was limited and sleeping in a bunk bed not great, but we knew that when we booked. The hotel itself is really well located for the slopes, has a small but good heated ski/boot room. Downstairs was also a pool table/kids area and a table tennis table (great for a quick game while waiting for the ski room to clear). Staff were fantastic and super efficient, can't believe how hard working they are. Chef deserves praise for the 5 course dinners every night, like others I thought they were great. Nice choice of wines too, and the lounge areas are great to chill out in.

Fab 4 nights in this little hotel with great staff who made us feel really welcome; decent sized room for two people with comfortable twin beds and a really hot/powerful shower; 5 course dinner each night with good wine selection and a breakfast buffet which had something for everyone; short walk to the ski lifts and heated boot rack in the basement. Did i mention how great the staff were?

Stayed here at the end of January 2018 having booked a single room. Price was reasonable, room was a good size with a double bed and with a corner balcony.

The ensuite bathroom had a shower attachment on the wall yet no curtain so the floor, wc etc. got soaked each time the shower was used, odd. The water temperature fluctuated from ok / normal to scalding and painfully hot! Walls very thin so I could hear everything going on in the bathroom adjoining mine!

The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean.

The waitress and waiter were excellent and very helpful! The food was excellent at dinner, particularly the cheeses. Breakfast was ok. Good quality coffee was available from an incredibly slow coffee machine which required too much queuing!

Great location and a short walk to both gondolas.

I would stay here again.

We visited for a week with our two kids aged 10 and 8.

The hotel is centrally located and a short distance to the lifts, cafes and (most importantly) the sledging hills. It is also not on a main road. So really good central location.

The room was bigger than we expected and certainly larger and more comfortable than 4 star hotels we have stayed in in Tignes.

The food was great. You get given your table for the week where you can sit down and enjoy your 5 course dinner. The bar was comfortable and table tennis and pool table a welcome addition to keep the kids (and dad) occupied.

However, the staff were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming with local knowledge. Also we gave them no warning of my son’s dietary needs (our fault!!). Every morning the staff checked the menu with us and they bent over backwards to make the meal enjoyable for him - well done and thank you. We will be back!!

Cosy, clean accommodation in a great location. We stayed in a family room with a direct view of the slopes. Staff and owner are extremely friendly and welcoming. Excellent varied meal every evening with a great wine list. Breakfast also v good. Would certainly recommend and stay again.
