Had an amazing meal here with my wife for Valentines' 2013. The ambience was perfect, with a lovely log fire. The food was delicious, we had Tapas (amazing) to start and the Chicken Curry for mains and the waitress was really helpful and friendly. Overall, a beautiful resturant in St Jean d'Aulps. All should go...

Went as a group of 5 in December.
Waitress was very friendly, and happy to answer questions on the menu from our group.

Scallops starter was well done (fried bread was rather oily) and a generous portion.
Although menu does not look suitable for vegetarian, on asking there are three different options available - which is more than most French restaurants in this area.
Vegetable Satay was lovely, good selection of well cooked veg and again a very generous portion.

Others in our group were equally satisfied with their choices, and all agreed that it was worth a visit.

Really nice food and good service.

There were 8 of us - we made a reservation but it wasn't necessary. Two of us had a tapas starter (minimum of 2 people, €5 pp) which was the best tenner we spent the whole holiday. Three people had Beef Stroganoff for main course which was delicious and really creamy... the rest of us had things like the prawn thai red curry but I would definitely have that Stroganoff if I went back again...

Great night, very good service - it seemed to be two ladies doing all the serving and cooking; I don't understand the poor reviews on here as it couldn't have been nicer....

Really good food, with the likes of thai scallops, beef strogonoff etc. The tapas starter was something special and appears to change with the season. If you're in Saint Jean d'Aulps its definitely worth a visit.
