Stayed here for years over 20 off and on to ski. Dave and Delphine are the best. Food was all homemade in the restaurant. Located close to all lifts to reach the entire area. Would like to return here in 2017 to see all at this family run hotel.

I'm reluctant to write this review as I don't want to give the secret away!!!!

We have just returned from a week stay at the Fleur Des Neiges and what a truly delightful stay it was, having stayed at many ski accommodation both in Morzine and across the rest of the Alps we have never stayed in such a warmly welcoming, cosy and comfortable place.

The hotel is very well located in a quiet road and has traditional charm with a real alpine feel, the rooms are good sized, comfortable, cosy and spotless and as the food!!!! Simply amazing - real good quality, fantastically executed traditional French fayre, I loved it!

There is a great pool, warm even whilst surrounded by snow and ideal after a day on the slopes.

Then to the owners and staff, all of whom are very delightful people who were so welcoming and helpful and just as others have described them on here, when we got stranded in Les Gets when the lifts were closed due to bad weather David came and rescued us and as we were also soaked through they also offered to dry out our kit once we were back in the cosy confines of FDN!

Ever so impressed with the whole experience and its looking like we'll be heading back in the summer too!

Have just returned after a weeks skiiing, and this proved a great base. David & Delphine are hardworking and welcoming hosts, with one or other usually available to serve you at the bar or help with queries. The sitting area near the bar was a nice area to relax after skiing, read, play cards and chat to other guests. The large TV usually has some sport playing but isn't turned up loud (except during the six nations rugby thankfully) so doesn't dominate. Our room was spacious enough with a really powerful shower, never short of hot water. I couldn't get the TV working, but it didn't hurt to have a week off from 'the box'. Couldn't get the wifi in the bedroom often but good in the bar area. Rooms cleaned daily, spotless.Be aware that the Hotel is dog friendly so if you have an aversion to dogs this may not be the place for you! It was not unusual to see dogs scampering along the balcony or the corridor. Fortunately those that were there last week were well behaved and we were only aware of the occasional yap or bark. Delphine gave us a lift to the Pleney gondola on day 1, but after that we left our kit in the ski lockers at ABC sports near the Supermorzine lift, which was only short walk away. If skiing the Pleney side the little train stops just next to the shop to transfer you. There is a good boot/ski room at the hotel if you should chose to use that.
We chose bed& breakfast which worked out well, as sometimes we ate a late lunch and didnt have enough room for the delicious 4 course evening meals. We did eat in on 3 occasions and were really impressed by the meals. Breakfast is very nice although nearly every time we came down we had to ask for extra items to be brought out eg plates bowls milk, even though we were there relatively early. Not a big deal as the young staff were always helpful, but just slightly irritating having to ask repeatedly.
We used the outdoor pool on a couple of occasions, and this is warm to relax and swim in.
If returning to Morzine to ski or hike, would definately want to stay here again.

Great, well run hotel with warm welcome, helpful staff, good food, lovely bar area and all you need as you come down from the mountains after a day on the slopes. Homely and unpretentious but professionally run by David and Delphine who are always on hand - they will even drive you to the lifts. Perfect place we are sure for a break in winter or summer.

Room Tip: All rooms we have used (4) have been excellent with comfortable beds and great views.

Great, well run hotel, run by lovely people. I stayed for a long weekend in Jan 2017.
Pretty bar/lounge area.
Rooms good size, bed comfortable, showers hot and powerful. I had a nice balcony with view of the mountains.
Situated within easy walking distance of town and the lifts.
Breakfast good, croissants, pain au chocolate, fresh orange, bacon, eggs etc.
Dinner excellent. Tasty, plentiful food. Soup, main, cheese and dessert courses. I have eaten in plenty of good restaurants and I would put the food here high up my list.
Hospitality was excellent, David and Delphine who run the hotel went the extra mile.
My friend injured his knee while skiiing and had to be taken to hospital. Delphine kindly offered to drop his skis at the ski shop, waited for me and then took me to his hotel so that I could gather his stuff. She didn’t have to and it was much appreciated.
Would certainly stay again when visiting Morzine.
