This is a small apartment but has been laid out very well giving lots of living space with fabulous views. In the living area, the kitchen is equipped with a full sized Bosch oven with hob,a microwave, kettle and toaster. I think there were other appliances as well but didn't need them! There are plenty of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Plus there was the added bonus of milk, tea coffee, sugar and a loaf of bread on our arrival. Also in the cupboard were a few extras like salt and pepper, stock cubes, herbs , together with cleaning materials, washing up liquid and a couple of dishwasher tablets, along with kitchen paper , tin foil and bin bags. All these are items you would normally need and have to buy so it was most welcome.
There is a comfortable sofa bed which is very quick and easy to make up and fold away. A television which had English channels and a DVD player .The balcony looks out over the Pleney lift and we were able to sit and watch the ski instructors torchlight descent , as well as the firework display. The bathroom has obviously just been refurbished.. It was absolutely spotlessly clean and we appreciated having proper sized bath sheets and a soft bath mat. The bedroom is very small but it had a comfortable bed , so apart from getting very warm at night it served us well. There is plenty of hanging space with coat hangers and lots of coat hooks and shelves, so it was easy to put everything away , which was a pleasure as normally in these tiny apartments there is nowhere to put anything.
There is a locked garage in the basement, which makes it easy for unloading and then packing up the car as you pop everything into the lift . Also a ski locker.
The location of the apartment is ideal for both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts and the ski bus stops. It is close to lots of restaurants and bars , the tourist office, ice skating and shops.
The apartment does get very warm, so it is necessary to have the balcony door open and because of this at times you might get to hear the traffic, but there didn't appear to be any other disturbances.
We have stayed in many apartments of a similar size in the French Alps, over a 25 year period and this one is by far the cleanest and most well equipped one !
I stayed with my teenage daughter and the combination of separate bedroom and large sofa bed worked really well for us. The location, for both the village centre and main lifts, is perfect. Having it's own garage was a bonus and Peter (the owner) could not be more friendly and helpful. Will happily return again
This is a great little apartment, clean and cosy in a great location. Right in the centre of town, close to the lifts and everything else you need. Great communication from the owner too, really clear directions.

Unterly brilliant accommodation for me and my friend. Had a garage for the bikes and gear. The room was brilliant. Everything we needed for cooking. A bath to chill in after beating down the slopes. Location was spot on. Both lifts were a stone throw away. Right next to town. Best bit for me was chilling on the balcony. Very good view.
Excellent location for the slopes and shops/restaurants. A warm, comfortable flat with an excellent kitchen and a friendly owner. Bathroom decor is a bit tired but plenty of hot water and a good shower and bath. We had a very good experience staying here.

Peter was brilliant and made staying in Morzine hassle free. The apartment was awesome and very close to the slopes and bars. Will hopefully stay here again.
