We stayed 4 nights in April at Gems at Paradise. When we arrived Hance received us very well and explained us everything about the place. The hotel is very comfortable and spacious, has a kitchen that can be used and a refrigerator where you can store things like we did. The dining room is very comfortable and has and ocean view and European style furniture. Our room was number 5 also with ocean view, furniture and a bed of about 2 x 2 meters. old european style. The room is not very big but comfortable as it is the bathroom. The only drawback is that the curtain in the bedroom lets some light come in the morning and that you can only watch on the bedroom TV the channel that is tuned in the lobby TV (there are some DVD movies available for guests). Also the hotel has a kayak for guest, we recommend visiting the marina where you can see turtles, and the cays, we do not recommend going on windy days because the sea waves are strong and one can have difficulties with the kayak. The hotel has a small beach, not very big, where you can sunbathe and swim. Hance and Shavonne are kind and willing to collaborate.
To conclude we would definitely return to this hotel in the case we come back to Long Island.More
