“Good value meal, lovely pizza”
Reviewed 13 June 2014

Came highly recommended by our holiday home hosts. Great if you like pizza, some other starters and the menu is also in English. My husband isn't keen on cheese, so his options were limited - he ended up having a pizza liberally covered in mozzarella and ham. I enjoyed my pizza Napolitano (with capers and anchovies). We enjoyed out tiramisu and creme caramel for dessert. The waitress seemed a bit hurried and not wanting to engage in any conversation - although speaks a little English. Nice view from our window - spotted wild boar running across the hillside opposite!. On outskirts of Pareta, so you can park on the road outside. Chef seemed keen too entertain the children, hurling pizza bases across the table and dancing around! Good value at 23 Euros for two courses including drinks.

“The only pizza worth this name in the surroundings”
Reviewed 10 March 2014

This is an institution for all living in the surrounding towns and villages. Must go there if you are visiting the area and want to enjoy a real good pizza, along with a visit to this nice, tiny towered village, hidden among the hills of internal Maremma. But think about reserving a few days in advance, if on Saturday night! Better going on a different day. Kids are welcome and will enjoy the nice tricks by the pizza-chef, Franco.

“Great pizza”
Reviewed 10 September 2013

A lovely, friendly pizzeria in a small town (Pereta) - but it gets very busy so booking advised. The pizzas are thin, crispy, fresh and hot, and the toppings delicious. Highly recommended
