My new husband and I and our 5 guests have just spent 2 nights here as we celebrated our wedding nearby.
From the minute we arrived from the minute we left Shaun, Mike, their son Hugo, Susan the Breakfast lady, and Poppy and Peanut the dogs made us feel like a million dollars.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and have some lovely little touches and the breakfast was fresh, fantastic quality and cooked to perfection.
However, what really made it for us was the way we were treated by the people, Shaun, Mike and the gang went over and above what any B&B owner would normally do, and while I won't go into detail on here, you know what you did guys and you really did help to make our wedding day special and memorable.
We will definitely be back soon!
Mel and Lee Oddy.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Lovely accommodation in a lovely Dales village.
The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious . The breakfasts are as good as we have ever tasted, always freshly cooked using quality ingredients. The hosts, Sean And Mike are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them in making your stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely return again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linton Laithe to everyone. Thanks very much to you both for a lovely stay.

This is not a typical B&B. The rooms, which are to a very high standard, are contained in restored stone barn adjacent to the owners cottage. The rooms are extremely well appointed and reminded me more of a top quality boutique hotel. The property sits in a beautiful dales village, with a great put but a short stagger away.

The barn contains a breakfast room, where a very good English breakfast is served, alongside other options and a special mention must go to the fabulous jams.

The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them in making our stay an outstanding one.

This is B & B at its best - fabulous location in picturesque Dales village, beautifully decorated rooms, brilliant breakfasts and superb hospitality . If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the Dales this is a fantastic base for walking and cycling and there is an excellent pub in the village serving good ale and hearty meals. Highly recommended .

This place is right up there with the best places we have ever stayed.

The setting is stunning, such a pretty little village and right next to a working farm.

The accommodation itself is of the highest standard, with top quality furnishings throughout. And lovely views to match.

Breakfast could not be faulted. In particular, I would recommend the poached eggs which were amazing!

Last but not least: Sean and Mike are incredible hosts! They could not have made us feel any more welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They welcomed us into their home and we were made to feel like long standing family friends - which is pretty impressive on our first ever stay at Linton Laithe.

We will most certainly return, and I can strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for high quality accommodation, with service to match, in an idyllic setting...

We have just stayed three nights at Linton Laithe B & B in North Yorkshire, and I cannot say enough good things about it. Firstly, the welcome by Mike and Sean was so warm that we instantly felt at home. The room was just lovely - tastefully decorated with lots of little unexpected extras, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb. Fresh fruit and berries, juices, yoghurt, cereals, locally made jams and honey, and beautifully presented hot choices, cooked to order. The only problem was saying no! The small village of Linton is centrally located for exploring The Dales and there is a local pub for a drink or dinner. I have no hesitation in recommending this B &B and look forward to returning for more of the above!

When we found out that the lady who ran it last time we stayed had left we were apprehensive as to whether our repeat visit would be as good.
We need not have worried as the owners Sean and Mark complemented each other making our stay really worthwhile.
The breakfasts were excellent and there were additional touches over and above what one would normally expect that made us especially feel at home.
