Daughter, step daughter & I stayed the night before my daughters wedding and what a wonderful welcome and stay we had. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and unique. Sean and mike are fabulous hosts and all the little touches greatly received. Lovely pub with great food a few strides away was the cherry on the cake. We are already planning on returning

We stayed at the Linton Laithe for two nights during the Tour de France in Yorkshire. The B&B is set in the village of Linton, which also contains a pub where we ate on both nights. Mike from the B&B had actually pre-booked for us as the Tour meant that the village was very busy, which was really helpful. We were greeted by Sean, who showed us all of the amenities in the building (including torches in case of darkness on return from the pub). We stayed in the Sheep Room which was excellent. Breakfast was extensive (!) and included a wide choice of hot and cold food including fresh fruit. This is an outstanding place to stay, and the facilities and hospitality were outstanding - we'll certainly return, and recommend the Linton Laithe without reservation.

Room Tip: All of the rooms are different, and all excellent

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sean and Mike for making the evening and morning before my daughter's wedding so very special. The Prosecco, white roses, jugs of iced water etc were very much appreciated and such a kind gesture. This is a truly amazing B & B in a wonderful, relaxing location. We were blessed with lovely sunny weather that made for a perfect stay. We will be back! Thank you.

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely but Room 1 is the biggest.

This B&B is set in the midst of the Yorkshire Dales, on the doorstep of popular walking routes, lovely pubs and a stone's throw from excellent shopping in Harrogate. Despite the idyllic location, it is the attentive service and relaxed atmosphere which make Linton Laithe truly special. The rooms are extremely high quality, with quaint décor, plenty of space and brand new, spotless fittings and bathroom facilities. Sean and Mike attend to their guests' every need and make guests feel like an extension of the family (also welcoming guests' canine companions - perfect for keen dog walkers). We looked forward to fresh breakfasts made with all local ingredients and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our next getaway to Linton Laithe - but this time will bring our parents and puppies so we can all enjoy the weekend together. Olivia and Jamie Burgess

My new husband and I and our 5 guests have just spent 2 nights here as we celebrated our wedding nearby.
From the minute we arrived from the minute we left Shaun, Mike, their son Hugo, Susan the Breakfast lady, and Poppy and Peanut the dogs made us feel like a million dollars.
The rooms are beautiful, clean and have some lovely little touches and the breakfast was fresh, fantastic quality and cooked to perfection.
However, what really made it for us was the way we were treated by the people, Shaun, Mike and the gang went over and above what any B&B owner would normally do, and while I won't go into detail on here, you know what you did guys and you really did help to make our wedding day special and memorable.
We will definitely be back soon!
Mel and Lee Oddy.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Lovely accommodation in a lovely Dales village.
The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious . The breakfasts are as good as we have ever tasted, always freshly cooked using quality ingredients. The hosts, Sean And Mike are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them in making your stay an enjoyable one. We will definitely return again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Linton Laithe to everyone. Thanks very much to you both for a lovely stay.

This is not a typical B&B. The rooms, which are to a very high standard, are contained in restored stone barn adjacent to the owners cottage. The rooms are extremely well appointed and reminded me more of a top quality boutique hotel. The property sits in a beautiful dales village, with a great put but a short stagger away.

The barn contains a breakfast room, where a very good English breakfast is served, alongside other options and a special mention must go to the fabulous jams.

The owners are lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them in making our stay an outstanding one.
