Sue & Phil were amazing hostesses. Their B&B is friendly, clean, well maintained, great value and perfectly located for a trip to Skomer Island!!. The food choices were plentiful and the take-away breakfast/packed lunches were a fantastic option & value. We took advantage of the Early Supper & Cruise Offer and were blown away. The food was delicious and the cruise was amazing! 2 hours of viewing the wonderful Skomer Island and the wildlife with commentary! Sue was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay a weekend to remember. I can't recommend The Clock House enough. Thank you so much!

Sue and Phil made my Dad and I feel most welcome. Phil cooks a great breakfast and Sue is the loveliest hostess!
Room was spacious and a good sized shower room. At a last minutes notice I requested a mattress on the floor and nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
We visited Skomer Island and the B&B was a 5 minute drive away from Martin's Haven. We had a packed lunch and a take away breakfast ready and waiting for us at 7am to take away to the island.
If I were to visit Skomer Island again I would definitely stay here.
Lobster Pot pub (1 minute walk away) serves top notch food in the evenings too.

Enjoyed two nights as part of Skomer trip. Sue and Phil were great and made our stay very enjoyable. Ate main at Clock House once - crab linguine excellent, breakfasts top class. Overall, a great place to stay whether you like puffins or not!

Stayed two nights while walking the path with a side day going to Skomer to see the Puffins. Our room was a little small but very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom very nice. The owners were very accommodating, smiling all the time, checking on us, answering questions. One of the nicest was that they knew we were trying to get on the boat to get to Skomer and were concerned we would not make it on time to get in line. Out of the blue another guest came up to us and offered to take us to the Getty. We enjoyed the breakfast and coming back every afternoon for tea both in our rooms and in the cafe.

Driving back, after spending a wonderful day on Skomer, we popped into the Clock House just for a cup of tea and slice of cake. It was lovely sitting outside but I did feel £2.95 for a small piece of fruit cake was somewhat expensive. Living locally, £9.40 for two teas and two slices of cake did seem somewhat excessive. Maybe if we were on holiday, we would have just accepted this, but next time we will drive home and put the kettle on.

We visited Marloes while walking the coastal path and stayed two nights at the Clock House which is also a handy base if you intend to visit Skomer. It's only about 50 yards or so from the Lobster Pot where you can get a decent pint and a meal in the evening. Our room was clean, bright and airy and there is plenty of room outside to sit in the fresh air or inside in the common room and cafe which is light and cheerful. The Clock House is comfortable, friendly and informal. they serve great breakfasts including particularly good coffee.
