A little know fact about this lovely B&B is that it has a single bedroom cottage in the grounds which is available on a week by week rental.
Very well equipped with stunning views across the fields to the mountains.
Cannot recommend highly enough - we have stayed here 4 times already.

I highly recommend Tyn-Yr-Eithin B&B. The actual B&B was so comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well presented and the design of the room was well done to make a really comfortable and efficient yet homely living space.
The breakfast room was a lovely sunny room, overlooking the beautiful garden and country side with lovely bird life to watch whilst eating a delicious home cooked breakfast with relaxing music in the background.
The service was second to none. Maureen was so friendly, offering us a welcoming cup of tea on arrival and always a friendly good morning at breakfast.

The location is also idyllic; set amongst rolling countryside in the peaceful village of Bryncrug. It's a lovely place to relax whilst also having a number of beautiful places a short drive away. We enjoyed a mountain walk up to the lake on Cader Idris , the beautiful beach and town of Aberdovey and not forgetting the legendary honey ice cream factory.

But what makes this place particularly special is the little touches - the softest towels changed for a different colour each day, the homemade jams at breakfast, the different types of music over breakfast each morning, the presentation or rooms or breakfast offering. There is clearly love and effort put into making a stay special.

I don't think my review really does this place justice but I can be very positive, that for a country stay in Wales, you could not be disappointed. Thank you for Maureen at teh Tyn-Yr-Eithin for such wonderful hospitality.

A truly lovely Welsh B&B set in a quiet and beautifully scenic location, owned and run by Maureen Shambrook.
Commanding stunning views towards Craig y Aderyn (Bird Rock) the house is a sensitively restored Welsh farm set in its own gardens - alive with birds - and located just outside the village of Bryncrug a couple of miles inland from the popular mid-Wales resort of Tywyn.
Offering excellent value for money the three rooms (one in the house and two in a beautifully converted outbuilding) are immaculately presented. Maureen's friendly manner, delicious home cooking and highly professional attention to detail, guarantee a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay.

Room Tip: All rooms are lovely but choose one of the outside rooms (named 'Zoe' and 'Ellie') f...
