This is a beautiful B&B .... after a long day's cycling, we really appreciated being greeted with a pot of tea and some relaxation in the peaceful and wonderfully furnished lounge. We were also given some tips as to where to eat that evening, including Helen kindly booking the table for us and offer of a lift into town!!! Our bedroom again was spacious, very comfortable and had everything we needed. This property is in a peaceful and quiet location ... off the main roads and on top of a hill. We followed the directions and found it, however, I can imagine it could prove challenging to find if you lose focus!!!! Breakfast was superb ... I loved the delicious home made fresh fruit salad and the fact that you could select your own bread and pop it in the toaster yourself. We stored our bikes in the boot of the car .... I have no idea if there is bike storage at this place, since we weren't offered it ... however, not everyone are cyclists!!

Room Tip: There's only 2 rooms .... if the 2nd one is as good as ours, then you can't go wrong!!

Stayed an extra night simply because the place & owners were terrific. Breakfast was proper English, room extremely comfortable & furnished beautifully. Walking or racing, Home Farm cannot be beaten in or around Cheltenham.

We stayed here for one week with our three children. We got three rooms and one bathroom on our own so we really had kind of a little appartement. Upper Hill farm is situated a bit off the road on top of the highest hill far and wide near Cheltenham and not so easy to find but then a very beautiful place to be. It is absolutely quiet at night, with wildlife such as owls, foxes and fasans, and a nice place to start trips to the cotswolds landscape, villages and towns. Paul is always helpful to get new ideas where to go... The breakfast is really very good, either the fully cooked or the light one with lots of fine fruits. And Paul and Helen are very friendly and always in the mood for a chat. We absolutely felt at home.

Arrived wet and bedraggled the day after the Queens diamond celebrations, the words long may she "rain" over us certainly rang true, however after a hot shower, a cup of tea and a warm welcome from our hosts, Paul and Helen, we relaxed completely. Our room was of a good size and beds very comfortable, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, I recommend the fresh fruit salad before the "full English". Paul was very flexable with lifts here and there, nothing was too much trouble. Overall it would be hard to find anywhere better and it was streets ahead of our B+B in Broadway and £20+ cheaper.

I went to this B&B over the easter weekend with my wife and my 11 month old baby. We had the most comfortable stay we have ever had in a B&B. Helen and Paul are the most welcoming hosts I have ever come across. No request was too much for them to entertain - they were warm, caring and genuinely made us feel at home. They both go to great lengths to make sure you have a comfortable stay.

We had a couple of unexpected guests come along with us and they moved out of the house to the caravan for the night..how is that for being welcoming? We forgot our nappy bags at home and they prompt made available a pack of bin liners available! I can go on and on..

The rooms are clean, very well maintained and very tastefully decorated. They have gone to great lengths to think about all the amenities you need and given them all - a kettle to a cot, toiletries, cookies, hair dryer and even easter chocolates!

The Location
The B&B is located in an area of stunning natural beauty. The view from the front of the B&B is breath taking and it is very close to Cheltenham city.

The Breakfast
Very wide selection of continental food with the option of a hot, full english breakfast customised to your taste. Both days we were there, we sat at the table for over an hour in their warm and cosy breakfast room.
..
If you are considering a visit to the Cotswolds, then this is THE place to stay! You will not be disappointed.. i cannot recommend this B&B enough and cannot wait to return to the Cotswolds!

We had a wonderful time visiting Paul & Helen in April. We got so excited we went back in July also. We especially loved the neighbourhood. So calm and relaxing. The hosts took really good care of us and the rooms were excellent.

We think it was better than hotels.
