First visit to Gran Canaria with a friend and this hotel made it an incredible experience. It actually managed to look better than it had looked in pictures online! The inifinity pool is enormous and very close to the sea. There are plenty of loungers although you do have to race in the morning if you want a particular spot. The buffet restaurants were excellent. we didn't go full/half board but would in the future as we ate everyday in the hotel. We didn't have kids with us but it looked like a great place for kids with lots of activities. If you want a relaxing, lounger/pool type holiday with very good evening entertainment and reasonable food and drinks this is the place for you!

A very big hotel fullfilling all your wishes for a holiday in Gran Canaria. In addition to a very reasonable price for early bookers. Fantastic breakfast, wonderful gardens and pools for every taste. My third time at this hotel and probably not the last time

The hotel is amazing. We spent a week there without any negative points during our visit.

Rooms: The room was very big, with lots of space. The toilet had double shower (bath + shower) and it was always clean. Also, the room had A/C so during the night it was always fresh. The view from the balcony was pretty good, we could see the beach and the tennis courts.

Food Service: Everyday we ate 2 meals, breakfast and dinner/lunch. The service is very complete, it contains all sort of varieties. There's always a couple of chefs cooking at the moment just what you request (omelet, beef, fish, etc..). The food was always fresh and for all sort of tastes.

Outside: 5 starts, there are lot's of vegetation and palm trees surrounding the whole hotel, it's all well taken care of. There are lots of gardens and small places that you can visit and have some chill-out time.

Pool: Well, there are lots of pools...small one, medium one with current, and a big (huge!!) one that is facing the ocean. I couldn't be more amazed with the whole pool site... you can spend a whole day in there because you will have shadow/sun and if you are hungry go ahead and jump to the nearest bar (there's even a pool bar...you can drink inside the pool while seated!)

Night shows / animation: Well, there's always a house band (ocean drive) and they always play the same songs....which is a little boring. But, every night they also invite some guest performers (malabarists, flamenco, magician) which is good.

Lobby / entrance: Awesome, there are lot's of sofas and there's free WiFi here. Also, late afternoon there's a pianist lady playing the grand piano in the entrance, sit down and listen, she's very good.

Staff: Very friendly and always prepared to help. Be prepared to answerer to lots of "Hola!" .

Room Tip: Please chose a room facing the pool or the tennis courts.

A great big hotel but feels like family hotel. Great location.3 good size pools.1 pool you feel you swim straight into the sea. I had room with mountain view. Good size clean room. Next time sea view and ask for double bed. The hotel deserves it's star rate and more. Buffet food very good. Need plenty of money if you eat just outside the hotel.

Just back from a fortnight stay at this hotel. The hotel is stunning inside and out. The location couldn't be better, 5 minutes and you are on the beach. There is no reserving of sun beds which is good, if you do leave towels on them early on they are taken away. You have a choice of two dining rooms for breakfast and dinner but if it gets busy you get directed to the least popular one. If you go to the pool bar for juice be careful as two juices cost 8 euros. Not many staff are friendly but there was a couple that really made the effort. The hotel is full of foreign guests and they are extremely rude especially at dinner worst experience we have had of this. No sign of a thomson rep for the whole time we were there and when we went to check the folder for our pick up time for departure, there was no Flight to Glasgow in it, we were the only two from Glasgow in the hotel but we still should have had pick up time. It is a lovely hotel and if you can deal with the constant rudeness everyday it would be fine. Wouldn't go back, we usually go to Tabaiba Princess will be going back there.
