“Very Good”
Reviewed 1 November 2013 via mobile

I have stayed at many Premier Inn and they never disappoint.

Stayed for a night with the missus. Very easy booking and check-in.

Only saw one member of staff but she was very polite and professional.

Rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable.

I will definitely go again if in area.

Stayed here for 3 nights, had 2 rooms for 2 adults and three children, staff friendly and helpful, comfortable rooms and beds, very clean, a little noise from other guests now and then but nothing major. Clean towels every day. Food in Brewers fayre next door very good. Breakfast good value for money, paid for 2 adults and kids ate free, all you can eat. What more could you want. Brilliant, will use again for our trips to London. London underground 0.8 miles (10 mins walk) just up the road.

We stayed for five nights at this Premier Inn as the one that we normally use was over priced for the nights we wanted.
This is a new inn, typical Premier inn facilities which are all fairly good.Clean comfortable room, good bathroom and a kettle. I do not understand why there is not a complimentary broadband connection----30 minutes free---what is that???

There is a good car park and the near by Brewers Fair restaurant is very good and again new.
Easy to find and there are stores, shops and petrol stations all within minutes.

In fact we may use this as our base in the future when we are in London.

Really nice premier inn and very cheap especially as it's in London. Excellent check in staff and both the evening meal and the breakfast in the pub next door were really good. Plenty of buses out side but a bit of a hike to the nearest tub. If you don't want to eat at the hotel plenty of choice in surrounding area.

You are not allowed to have a guest with you after 11pm and they do not have a phone in any room. I was refererrd to this hotel by my friend who will be picking us up and showing us around but was embarrassed by not allowed to come to our room with us because we couldn't have more two people at a time in the room. I wish I knew of this policy b4 I prepaid for 4 nights.

We have stayed here as a young family on 3 or 4 occasions since it opened. Being a fairly new hotel it is clean and fresh both inside and out. The car park is large, reception small but efficient. The first room we had was large, rooms since have seemed smaller but still more than adequate, Wi-Fi, like all Premier Inns is £3.50 extra and perfectly adequate. We never pay for breakfast, but often have dinner and the Brewers Fayre next door is large and perfectly adequate. In terms of location, Dagenham is Dagenham! You don't stay in this hotel to visit the local sites but it's a reasonable base for London, albeit a little trek to the tube.
Overall, this is one of our preferred London Premier Inns, can be pricey if you leave it late to book but if you book far enough in advance and get yourself a room for £29-£49ish it's a bit of a bargain.
