A great offer price. Responsive, professional staff. Clean nice room. Next to the shop where the product was out of my homeland. Concise explanations and reservations staff. Metro is not too far away. Silence and peace.

I would have given a rating of 4 because the hotel is lovely, as it should be due to it being new. I love Premier Inns because of their comfy pillows and beds and lovely friendly staff. What I don't like is some of the people who stay in budget hotels. After a long day in London we fell asleep almost as soon as our heads hit the pillows at 10pm, maybe a little early for some and at that time there was still some noise in the hotel which was understandable. We all awoke with a start at around midnight to the sound of the connecting door being bashed and the handle being shaken. The family next door obviously hadn't heard of respect for people being asleep at that time of night. The noise (screaming, shouting and banging) went on until 1am when they must have worn themselves out. If I was asked what the rooms are missing (apart from sound proofing) I would say an intercom to reception. None of us wanted to get dressed and go down to reception to complain or to go next door and complain but it would have been good if we could have contacted reception. We did mention it to 2 different members of staff the next morning but noise from other rooms must not come under the Good Night Guarantee. They said they were sorry but that was all.

Having attended a birthday party in Dagenham last night I booked a room at this hotel, which was the closest one to the venue. The hotel overall is clean and stylish with a very good layout in the bedroom and plenty of plug sockets in all the right places. There were plenty of lighting options and I particularly liked the fact that there was good lighting near the mirrors, which is very important for us ladies when drying hair or putting on make up. The bathroom was also well thought out and nicely furnished. The staff were helpful and courteous too. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Quite impressed!

First stay at the "New" Premier Inn at Dagenham. The first issue was a room with a window which could not be opened, even slightly, so fresh air was not an option. The AC unit had a mind of it's own and seemed to choose it's own temperature and speed despite adjusting the small LCD controller. And as for the "Good Night Guarantee". It is meaningless, as the bed was rock hard and we did not sleep well at all, so our good nights sleep never happened. Lenny henry must love rock hard beds is all that I can surmise..Now the Premier breakfast. The buffet part was fine but the service and the wait was not what you would expect at Breakfast. we had breakfast both mornings. Our cooked food order took 5 to 10 minutes just to be taken. On the first day the breakfast took 15 minutes to arrive and was lukewarm to cold. On the second day it took 30 minutes to arrive. The waitress seemed to think it was an inconvenience to serve the customers. When I asked why the breakfast was taking so long after 15 minutes wait, the reply was it was being freshly cooked. After another 10 to 15 minutes the plates finally arrived and the freshly cooked food was almost cold. It must have been on the plate for at least 10 minutes before it arrived at the table. How can freshly cooked = COLD... So this will be our first and last visit to the "New" Premier Inn.

Five, yes five vans broken into the one night we dared stay. Advertised as 'secure parking' CCTV everywhere was easily covered by the culprits with a shoe or two. What was the night manager doing? Out stay cost £3k in stolen equipment. Don't risk it!

My family and I stayed in this hotel few days ago for an Easter break in London. The room was nice, clean and new. But the window was entirely close and can't open it at all . I think it's not very safe in case of fire . I feel it annoying that you can't open window because i want fresh air sometimes, even just so little for few minutes at night .
The staffs we're friendly .
Continental and full English breakfast was included in our room rate . They had continental breakfast ready but not a lot of choices. We had to wait long to order the full English breakfast as they only had 2 or 3 employees serving in the breakfast area. Then, another long minutes ( around 20 - 25 minutes ) before the full English arrived .Worse, when the food arrived , it's not hot . It's the longest breakfast ordered I've waited so far staying in a hotel . There was even a family beside us in our first day waiting there, then she approached the lady how to have the full English breakfast , the lady said , " oh you didn't tell me me you're going to have full English breakfast. I think it was not right , it was her job to ask the customers what she can do . I think they need more staff in there . So if you are in a hurry in the morning, just eat Continental breakfast .

Car parking has lots of space .

The tube is not too far from this location. There is also close bus stop , it's handy to travel to London Central . Location is good for a budget trip . There are many shops around and take -away .
All in all , I was happy with the room and our stay aside from the window and how they served the breakfast .
