Owner description: We love to welcome visitors to see where our delicious ice cream is produced here on the farm. We have a small shop selling our large range ice cream as well as cream teas and cakes. There is a peaceful courtyard out side the shop to sit out and enjoy the sunshine on the fine days and an indoor area inside the shop to enjoy a tasty sweet treat when the weather isn't so kind. We have a viewing gallery in the factory where it is possible to see the ice cream being made (production times vary so we can't guarantee that the factory will always be operational) There is also a small children's play area in the car park and a variety of animals to interact with.

“Disappointed”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 August 2013

took us over an hour to get to the farm and we were very disappointed . It looked and was very shabby . Yes it was free thank goodness . We went into the tea shop which was very dark ,the boys wanted an ice cream I thought their would be a lot of different flavours to try, but the ones they did have only the dregs were left at the bottom of the trays. So yes I was disappointed perhaps I had hoped for something different. Even the girl serving couldn't smile.

“Amazing ice-cream and free fun for all the family!”

Our 2nd visit to Callestick - it is just around the corner from Healey's Cyder Farm and well worth a visit. There is no admission fee, a free car-park, viewing gallery (where you can see the ice-cream being packed). A lovely little tea shop which also sells a huge range of their ice-creams. My personal favourite was the Whiskey and salted caramel (mmmmmm!). There is also a little farm area next to the car-park with a play area for small children. Well worth a visit!

cute little farm with some animals to see and a small play area for little children. A very pretty courtyard and loved the viewing gallery with video/posters of the making process of the ice cream. Lovely little shop/café and ice cream to die for!!!

“Fun for kids for a couple of hours.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 August 2013 via mobile

Nice for younger kids, some animals and a play area. Its got a sweet little courtyard and there is a viewing area over part of the packing production line of the ice cream factory. There are a few activities that younger kids might like. Its a little further up the road from Healey Cyder farm so it is a nice little ice cream stop. Its free to visit and the ice cream is delicious and reasonably priced.
