Special little gem. Wander round the pretty garden. Let your little ones hunt for chicken and duck eggs. Buy some plants. Drink tea. Hide out in the conservatory. Snuggle on a swing seat. We've been visiting for years but my girls still love now.

Just wish they had slightly more interesting cake, maybe cream teas.

Unexpected, always interesting, compact yet stunning with very knowledgeable expertise from its creator. Some plants for sale and a lovely home made refreshments area for relaxation.

Regrettably this garden has now closed and is up for sale - it was a little out of the way on the Roseland peninsula but that was not the reason for its closure

Well tended and thoughtfully planted garden, nearly twenty years of hard work by Tina and Dave. Colour mix is fantastic and heights are so carefully planned - and not a weed in sight. Sadly Tina and Dave have parted so the house and garden is for sale and I hope that the eventual buyer will continue to run the business as Tina did, with loads of plants from the garden for sale, many are unusual and all are very reasonably priced. Refreshments available to end the visit and as always a friendly chat and lots of helpful advice from Tina, whilst little poodle Buster looks on sympathetically! Tina has promised to keep in touch and I hope she does. Only open a few more weeks, make the most of it whilst you can as it may not be open to the public next year - please don't be put off by the obvious non-gardener armchair critic who visited in March with no flowers in bloom; with weather like we had earlier this year it's not surprising - just as well he didn't pay double the price to see a National Trust garden also not in bloom! Good luck Tina ☺

Beautiful private gardens, enjoyed by us all (aged 11, 58 and 79). Wonderful colours, very vibrant. Car parking spaces on the grass verge opposite the garden for about 12 cars. Took loads of photos.
