I must say that i had heard about this company before through friends who live in cornwall so i was expecting an average visit but i was so wrong. This place is fantastic well worth the journey. The farm is set in a beautiful valley which apparently makes it perfect for cyder making. The tour was epic and fantastic full of useful information the staff were warm friendly easily approachable from Kate the duty manager all the way thorugh to leroy the head distiller of the farm. Throughly enjoyed it and would certainly reccommend it to friends to visit. I will certainly be visiting again proberly during the summer months so i can get a true feel for the place

Been to Healeys twice now. Went last year and did the free tour around the working cyder farm - which was very interesting and worth a visit to see how cyder is made - now and how it was in the past. I beleive there is also a guided tour around the wider farm - but we didn't do that as it was raining.
This year we didn't bother with going around the tour as we'd done it last year - but we went just to buy some of the lovely cyder! I'm not normally a huge cyder/cider drinker - but the 'proper cyder' made at Healeys is something else! You can go for either the huge bottles of the standard cyder, which is quite reasonably priced, or go for something a little different like the special winter-warmer bottles (which I can thoroughly recommend!), or even a cyder-brandy. There's free tastings of most of the drinks (although you have to pay for the brandy sadly...) - so give them a taste and see what you like!
There's also a wide variety of jams (which we bought lots of) and other things like mustards (likewise!) - which are all made on the farm - and are all really tasty. I can recommend the jams with chilli, and the mustards! All make great presents aswell.
We'll definately be making a return visit next time we're in Cornwall!

We went to visit the cyder farm while on holiday in Cornwall hadnt been for several years, and my partner has never been so we decided to go what a huge mistake it was, first of all you had to pay 7.80 if you wanted a tour, but as it says free in the leaflet you would think there would be lots too do but no, the press house was working but no details to read to tell you about the process, the bottling room was not working and no info very disappointing that you couldn't just tour own your own and read the signs, the jam room nothing going on, the farmyard lol no animals, the poor shire horse looked cramped in the stall, the little pony looked dirty and fed up, it was awful, we were there no more then 10mins, we went in the shop expecting to at least see some bargains nothing at all it was all expensive and not much to choose from, it was very very disappointing and I would not consider going ever again sorry to say not worth the travel

Excellent place to visit. Took the guided tour at £7.50 and well worth the money. Lasts around an hour and finishes with a tasting session of approx 12 different cyders and juices. Will be going back to restock as buying in bulk gives you 20p/cent off.

Free entry. Kids love the animals, interesting to see how their cider is made. Love that you can taste the products before you buy them. The elderflower wine is delicious. We to every time we go to Cornwall.
