We arrived back from holidays today having found this place in the tourist information book what attracted us was it was dog friendly. On arrival there were lots of dogs all well behaved and the staff were very welcoming. We had a great tour and the only place the dog couldn't go was the jam tasting. We had a brilliant Cyder and wine tasting session. The staff were working flat out in the restaurant. We loved it so much we went 3 times in all the scones were wonderful just wish I could have the recipe. If we didn't live 240 miles away we would visit regularly. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable

I have no love of cider, or cyder, but I loved this farm. The tour was excellent. Went for the dog friendly £8 tour which was long enough and informative enough. Tasting was a great bonus and the cream team was really value for money. Thanks to Matt for the tour and tasting and Katey for looking after us in the cafe. Plus a special thanks to the two chaps in the jam store, both were friendly and informative with neither being from Cornwall.

We'd decided to stop here on our way home after a break in Hayle. The brochure promised a lot of free things to do as well as some paying tours. We had a delicious cream tea, but the rest of the visit did not live up to the brochure. There were no apples being pressed, no tastings, very few animals and only 3 vehicles in the exhibition. On top of this, my husband (who works in the food industry himself) was horrified to see no beard snoods being worn in the jam making section and open doors allowing flies to enter. So disappointed.

We always pop in when we are holidaying in the area. The animals are great entertainment for our little one, especially the goats on a trampoline! The new restaurant is lovely, we have the sharing afternoon tea : two coffees and three large scones (cheese, apple cider, and either fruit or plain) with cream, jam, cheese etc for £9.50. The burgers look amazing too, we may go back! The staff are lovely, always very friendly. Looking forward to next time already.

We first went here a few years ago and returned this year on a rainy day.

It has certainly expanded but lost some of its charm. The cider's still great though!

Was disappointed by the new bottling plant - as someone who runs several factories the general impression given to visitors is poor, both housekeeping and process look poor and this in a plant that has visitor gantries!

The new restaurant that is where the old bottling plant was looks impressive until you enter and are greeted by dozens of uncleared tables - very off putting.

Still the cider is great so perhaps we can forgive them!
