What started off as a relaxing drink in the sunny garden, went downhill as soon as we went inside to order some food. The extremely tired and grubby interior, the indifferent staff and the chain pub menu should have started the alarm bells ringing. The food was really terrible, my boyfriend's surf and turf was overcooked and my lasagne looked and tasted like it was factory made and reheated in the microwave. The price was not too bad but when you compare that to the standard of what we received, daylight robbery! Would definitely not go again, and would never recommend this to anyone (except maybe Gorden Ramsey, so he could breathe some pride back into the place) Very sad.
