“We've never been disappointed.”
Reviewed 11 April 2010

Raj Vujon (and nearby Bongo Raj) are regular destinations when dining out in Huntingdon. Raj Vujon is especially attractive at lunchtime, when they offer an entre, bread or rice, and coffee for L6.50.

The food tasty, by any standards. It is an absolute delight, concidering the blandness of most British fare. The chef will adjust the spiciness of your order according to your wishes.

The service is reliable, but on occasion waitstaff likes to engage in personal conversation with the diners. This can be a pleasant diversion or a distraction, depending on your circumstances.

“Best Indian in town”
Reviewed 18 August 2009

This restaurant was originally called the Spice Inn and was, without doubt, the finest Indian restaurant in Huntingdon. Three years ago the owner decided to change it to a Tai eatery but that did not fair as well. More recently the owner of the restaurant next door, the Bongo Raj, purchased the business and turned it back to an Indian.

The menu is extensive and varied and having gone there numerous times we have not had a bad meal yet. Like all good restaurants if there is not something that you like they will go out of their way to make something to your taste.

Unfortunately the staff’s attitudes change like the weather; with them being over the top and smothering the customers one day to them being full of attitude and giving the impression that everything you ask for is too much effort the next. However, the food and the abeyance more then make up for it and a meal for two with a bottle of house wine and nana breads cost in the region of £35.00.
