Tastefully decorated clean rooms, but what really sets this place apart is the service. Really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They remembered our names, and that little touch really made us feel welcome. Room 5 is the nicest and quietest, as it faces the back garden. The double glazing let in a bit to much road noise in rooms 3&4 during the day for my taste, although they were quiet at night.

Just back today and really enjoyed. Jenny and Ken were lovely and friendly. Rooms and breakfast lovely. Ate at Oakley's and Thai Basil on the nights. Both good but Thai basil exceptional. Drove to malham and walked round goredale scar and malham cove. Superb. One more night would have been ideal! +++++

I visited Skipton for 3 nights over this past weekend and I truly enjoyed my stay in Skipton Park Guest O’tel. My room was lovely, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time! There was no shortage of hot water, which indeed was needed after returning from cycling and long walk in the moor and getting soaked by the rain and muddy on both occasions. Even though the Guest House is located next to a road, it’s very quiet and location is only a short walk away from the town centre.

Jenny and Ken were friendly and helpful throughout my stay and went out of their way to provide me with gluten free breakfast. They even got up much earlier than normal on my last morning in order to feed me before I had to catch the bus. Breakfast was filling, and among other things included filter coffee and order made cooked breakfast.

Wifi was little bit hit and miss but was not an issue with me. Would definitely stay at this Guest House again if ever back in the area.

stayed for a few days in April whilst celebrating birthdays & wedding. Jenny & ken really made it a special stay for us - nothing too much trouble & always friendly and smiling.
rooms very clean & welcoming.
would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone.
Skipton is also a good base with plenty to see & do - so all in all a first class stay!

Just returned from a 3 day break in lovely Skipton, once again our stay was 10 out of 10. Jen & Ken certainly know how to make you welcome. Loads to do in Skipton with the Waterways festival and the coming of The Tour de France in July. The town is buzzing with excitement! Can't wait to go back. Well done.

Lovely room, clean, quiet and comfortable.
Great service, very friendly, and a top-rate breakfast.
The location is convenient for Skipton town centre, but far enough away to avoid the traffic of a busy weekend.
Recommended.

Jenny & Ken were very friendly hosts, we were made to feel very welcome. Spotlessly clean & warm. Breakfast was great, we didn't need lunch! Quiet surrondings yet just a short walk to the town centre & castle. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.

Room Tip: We had the twin room at the top which consisted of a double bed & a single, with plenty of room...
