I'm vegetarian and had the veggie pie of the day which was falafel pie with mushy peas and chips. The chips were big and chunky, almost wedges, the mushy peas were suitably mushy and the pie was really nice. It tasted of falafel and had a variety of vegetables in it too. The big mug of filter coffee had a good flavour and was cheaper than some of the one fl oz espressos I have been given here in UK. The surroundings were comfortable, the staff friendly. It was all a good straight forward eatery should be.
